This 200 molochite flour is specially for our Wexcoat suspension system

Molochite Flour 200 Mesh For Ceramic Shell Casting in the production of ceramic shells for hot metal casting. This is the Molochite used for all coats applied with the wexcoat Binder.

The Wexcoat system removes the need to keep primary or secondary slurries stirred continually or the need to discard binder after a casting session.  This saves energy and reduces material waste.  Simply make up the slurry with wexcoat binder and wexcoat suspension flour and the contents will remain in suspension requiring only an occasional stirring after periods of extended time unused.
In the past many small foundries have been put off moving to ceramic shell casting because of the need to have a constantly stirred slurry dip tank for dipping in to.
