 WexCoat Binder for Investment Casting

Wexcote Binder is a colloidal  silica  binder used for the primary  slurry in ceramic shell castings . Most of our customer use it for all the subsequent coats as well saving the need for another slurry tank.

The Primcote colloidal silica based formulation contains proprietary additives as well as wetting agent, antifoam and color indicator to monitor shell dryness.

Simply add 200 mesh powder following data sheet details.

Wexcoat is differend to prime coat as with wexcoat you do not need constant agitation the molochite is held in suspension for very long periods of time until it requires further agitation.

Supplied in 5ltr or 25ltr
