PROCARE Push Button Soluble Oil Mixer Units

Pennine PROCARE Fluid Management has introduced a range of venturi type chemical mixing units that are approved for use under The Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999.
To conform with Water Fitting Regulations, standard mixing equipment has to incorporate a system that negates the possibility of backflow. This is to safeguard against the possibility of chemicals finding their way into the mains water supply and usually requires an expensive system of header tank, air gaps, motorised pumps and associated pipe work.
The Pennine PROCARE Mixer Unit incorporates an approved air gap backflow prevention system and proportionally mixes water and chemicals to metered concentrations. Correctly installed the unit is certified by the WRAS and does not require any additional pipe work, non return valves or other back suction prevention systems.
