Primecoat Binder for Investment Casting

Primecoat Binder is a colloidal  silica  binder used for the primary  slurry in ceramic shell castings . Most of our customer use it for all the subsequent coats as well saving the need for another slurry tank.

The Primcote colloidal silica based formulation contains proprietary additives as well as wetting agent, antifoam and color indicator to monitor shell dryness.

Simply add 200 mesh powder following data sheet details.

Prime coat binder is different to wexcoat as with primecoat you need constant agitation as the molochite is held in suspension but tends to seperate in short periods of time requiring the need to constantly agitate using an electric stirrer tank.
