FLUSHING AND DESCALING

 We use CLEARFLOW power flushing pumps, and the right flushing liquid for the most rapid and effective results.  We use FX2 Power flush as it is a vigorous ‘one shot’ flushing and descaling liquid which starts to work immediately upon addition to the flushing cycle.

Power Flush FX2 enables heating engineers to thoroughly cleanse boilers and heat exchanger systems.

When using Power Flush FX2 there is normally no need to pre-treat the system with flushing chemicals several days before the power flush, saving on expense and inconvenience.

Power Flush FX2 rapidly dissolves and mobilises the rust, sludge and corrosion deposits which accumulate in systems as a result of gradual decay, whether from corrosion as a result of bad design and air ingress, or lack of an effective corrosion inhibitor.

Removal of these deposits can cure or prevent problems such as slow steaming time caused by debris and scale accumulating in the heat exchanger.

We also offer a corrosion  inhibitor to prevent future problems with scale and debris in your boilers

All chemical flushing and cleaning is done in house in our fully equip workshop.
